Long time no see! My life has been so hectic and busy since graduating last December. From a post-grad trip to Hawaii to moving my life to Michigan in January for a full-time job, its safe to say my life taken a complete 180 from where I was this time last year (mentally, physically, AND spiritually.) Never in my wildest imagination did I ever think I would end up where I am right now.
If you’re curious, in January I started working for an outdoor decor company just outside of Detroit, Michigan. I’m the Associate Design Manager, and I help develop designs for outdoor decor, as well as some trend forecasting. Getting to work with different patterns, colors, and styles is something that is right up my alley- I love being able to do it everyday!
Aside from my job, I stay busy traveling to see family on weekends (in both MI and OH), shopping for the perfect pieces to complete my new apartment, hanging out with my friends and boyfriend, and spending time with my newly adopted 8-year old daughter (cat). Belle was a rescue and although she is a very high maintenance kitty, she is the sweetest and totally worth it! I definitely recommend adopting from a local rescue if you’re looking for a new furry friend.
