What we wore:
We visited Charleston in October, and the locals were telling us that it was a little cooler than usual during the time that we were there. Temps were in the mid 60s, so it was a bit chilly for me especially in the mornings and evenings. We didn’t rent a car, so we were walking everywhere and stayed mostly downtown and around King Street. Because of this, I packed a few pairs of comfortable sneakers, like my Adidas Gazelles and Hokas. I kept a simple base of either leggings or jeans with a tee shirt, and layered on a denim jacket or fleece jacket. I brought a couple of more dressy outfits & sweaters, but the layered looks were just a little more practical with all the running around we were doing.
I’d love to visit Charleston again in the warmer weather and venture into the Folley Beach and Sullivan’s Island areas. This was such a fun trip to learn about the history of CHS, eat some good food, and spend time with Tyler 🙂 As always, feel free to ask any questions here or on IG!
