What a weekend! I feel like I didn’t relax at all. We were so busy running around, catching up with friends, completing projects, and getting ahead on work for the week. On Saturday we went out to dinner with a couple of friends and I wore my new favorite yellow sweater.
I actually have had this sweater for awhile. I purchased it back in July and would style it with my faux leather mini skirt for a different, edgy look. When I bought it at Zara, I was so impressed with how soft it was! It is probably the softest sweater in my closet right now.
On Saturday, I styled it with some Zara mom jeans and plenty of gold jewelry for a really casual look. It felt so different wearing light yellow, since most of my clothes are pretty neutral. But the pictures don’t do the color justice. It’s a super soft, versatile yellow that layers nicely with a lot of my neutral pieces.
I also picked up some roses at Trader Joes, an absolute must every time I go! They have the best affordable flowers đź’›
