I halved this recipe for this video. Cut limes in half and scoop out the flesh to set aside for juicing. Add gelatin, lime juice, and boiling water to mixing container and mix to dissolve. Then add tequila, Cointreau, and agave. Pour into your empty lime shells and refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Slice in half one more time once they’re set. It’s easier to slice them upside down!
